How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 1:00 pm (AEST) are shipped the same business day, unless the item is a pre-order (please refer to the product description for pre-order details).
We are Melbourne-based, so delivery within Melbourne is typically fast.
For interstate orders, standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days.
Express shipping is also available at a flat rate for faster delivery.
How does purchasing through NDIS work?
If you are an NDIS participant (self-managed or plan-managed), you may be able to purchase this product and claim the cost through your NDIS plan, depending on your individual supports and budget.
Simply place your order as normal through our website. A tax invoice is automatically provided after purchase, which you can submit to your plan manager or support coordinator for reimbursement.
Please note that we are not an NDIS-registered provider, and eligibility or reimbursement is determined by NDIS and your individual plan.
When will I get my order?
Before tracking your delivery, please make sure the item you ordered was not a pre-order (pre-order details are always listed in the product description).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
We ship orders using Aramex or Australia Post, depending on your location and the shipping option selected.

Why is your blanket different from others?
