We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in original packaging where possible

If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Sale Items

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale

  • We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival (in line with Australian Consumer Law)


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The item has been used, washed, soiled, or altered

  • The item shows signs of wear or misuse

  • The return does not meet the conditions outlined above


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, including any applicable shipping costs


How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
